Day 2: chalkboard painted potted plant holders
You’d better watch out, you’d better not cry; you’d better not shout, I’m telling you why … chalkboard paint is coming to town! As stated in previous confessional entries, chalkboard paint is taking over every inch of our little condo – and I love it.
Here are two old pots repainted with chalkboard paint, with the purpose of being used next to the front door – and “111” is our condo number. (And no, I don’t always place oversized pumpkins in teeny tiny plant holders – it’s just for today).

*spray-paint chalkboard paint +
*liquid chalk marker
Easy peasy. Now, two thoughts: if you’re a professional tagger and regularly use spray paint, how do you keep it from dripping? Do I need to spray lighter? Thought numero dos: I really, really like the liquid chalk marker better than old-school chalk. It still cleans up easily and looks so much nicer.
End of creative story. What are you creating today?0
